If you don’t know by know, you will after this post. Lewis Hamilton has been seen with many A-Listers throughout the world. He’s been seen alot lately with BBC’s Pharell in London as well as LA. Well, seems like it’s going to get a little more intimate as Hamilton is about to sign a personal sponsorship deal with Reebok, the sports equipment manufacturer, that is thought to be worth £10 million spread over a minimum of three years. (That’s not 10mil USD either!).
Nike 6.0 brought out a few team members out for a demo session and art show (next post) in the 798 district of Beijing. Held inside a watertank, this event felt like it was the event to look forward to at the Olympics this August. Lookout for the 6.0 at the Olympics this year.

Tinker Hatfield is an architect turned legendary shoe designer, who helped Nike revolutionize the shoe game. He’s designed a lot of the classics like the Jordan III, Air Max, Cross Trainer and many more. Watch this interview as he speaks of his inspiration and the visible air bubble concept.
Watching this makes me want to start sketching and ideating again… probably a good idea to fly out for an “inspirational” trip too. Definitely inspiring.
