My new Nem-Pro Track frame!

Again, a HUGE thank you to Brad from Nemesis Project for hooking this SWEET custom frame for my tiny self! Brad - this is ARC #3 right?

As I mentioned briefly last week, I was going to take better photos of the frame for you to get a better look =)

What I love about the frame is that it LOOKS black at first glance, but once it hits the light, it looks a deep deep wine color - SO SWEET!

Once I put it together, it will ride like a 50cm and I’ll have the option of riding a 650 front wheel, pursuit style. HELL NO TO THAT! Who am I trying to kid??? LOL But yes, I am FINALLY moving up from 650’s to 700’s - oh LAWDY MERCY!

Its a good thing its still frigid out, more time to put my bike together in time for warmer weather!!

WHEEEEEE! Any suggestions? =)

Home for the holidays (Part 4) | Freewheel/Freight, Skate sesh, Krispy Kreme

Igei and I were finally able to do some "us" time and headed over to Freewheel in SF to visit as well as pick up a box for my new Nem-Pro frame… While we were there, Travis hooked me up with these sweet Freight pads and back pack (I’ve been wanting a Freight bag for some time now since Igei has a few of them at home)!!! THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE MOST GENIUS AND PRACTICAL BAG EVER MADE!!! There are a ton of different styles and they are definitely worth the price you pay since they will last FOREVER!

After Freewheel, we headed over to FTC to meet up with the alky’s Brad and Jones HAHAHA! jk…

We ended the day with Krispy Kreme dooooooughnuuuuttsssss - YES!!!!! I ate about 4 right out the box because they were "HOT NOW!"

3rd Annual Kingpin Bowling @ Classic!

If I wasn’t able to see all the people I meant to see while back home for the holidays, this even was DEFINITELY the place to be for a one stop shot at saying my hello’s and goodbye’s to everyone!

FranBoogie (now one of our newest Fatlace bloggers) threw a huge even in which all brands/stores/promoters/etc came together from all around the bay area to compete with a bowl throwdown! But I’m sure, everyone was pretty much drunk waaaay before the actual bowling tourny began!

Home for the holidays (Part 3) | Nem-Pro Bike Frame

Johnny and I passed by HUF and picked up some stuuuufff - hi Don and Sweets!

Afterward, we fiiinnaaally made it to Fatlace to drop off Mark’s artwork from the show as well as to meet up with Brad from Nemesis Project to pick up my new bike frame!!!! SCHWEEEEET!

Better photos to come - we were in a rush since it was xmas eve, gonna look AWESOME! I’ve finally moved up to 700’s from 650’s hehe!

Home for the holidays (Part 2) | Rockband

Rockband rockband ROCKBAND!!!! We had the fever! I waaaaaant! I like the drums and bass - but my contacts always get all dried up so I can’t play for too long =(

Meet LJ, he’s my nephew =) and NO, he’s not a girl! That’s my sister holding him up, but that’s not her kid either, its my cousin’s - get it?

That’s my beloved Monster that Igei is holding on to… my other nephew =)

Rockband continued on through the night…

…and continued on at my grandma’s house where my aunt’s tookover the show…

Home for the holidays (Part 1.5)

Since the holiday was really “Part 1″ - here’s part 1.5 =)

After settling in with the fam, John and I got swooped up by my homegirls Crystal and Sunshine (two VERY awesome ladies if you ask me, quite the showstoppers lol). We headed into the city to get us some goooood mexican food. Living in NYC, we have been deprived of authentic Mexican food for a while (the closest thing being La Esquina and the burrito cart by my work), Sunny agrees after having just moved there late October. I don’t remember the name, but its in the mission and it is YUM!

Afterward, the girls and I split from the boys and did some needed shopping downtown, we re-grouped and I headed out with the boys to ZA’s pizza to visit Matt JONES! hehehe - he’s one of my favs!

Jones also got a new tattoo, I like it.
